What is an arepa?

An arepa is a a thicker corn tortilla that can be eaten plain, topped with cheese, meats and veggies, or cut open and filled like a pocket. Arepas are naturally gluten free, and have a delightfully crispy texture on the outside paired with a fluffy dough on the inside. We make our arepas by hand with a lot of love and care to share with you!
