What is an arepa?

An arepa is a corn dough formed into a round shape and then cooked on our flattop grill. We open our arepas like a pocket and stuff them to create an "arepa rellena" or stuffed arepa. Our arepas are made from pre-cooked white corn, and are never fried.

Perhaps the most important part of our arepas is our three house-made sauces. We have a salsa rosada - a mayo, ketchup, hot sauce special sauce combination, a chimichurri - an oil based sauce with cilantro and garlic, and finally a home-made mayo / garlic sauce made with lime. We would be happy to give you a taste of each sauce if you aren't sure which one you like best!
